Kepler College BA in Project Management

The undergraduate program in Project Management provides courses that equip students with project initiation, planning, and execution skills. Since most professional tasks can be approached as projects, knowledge in this field opens wide career opportunities such as:

Admission Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • High School (General Education): Advanced Certificate of Education Examination with at least two principal passes in any of the following subjects: History, Economics, Geography, Literature in English, Mathematics, Accounting.
  • TVET Track: At least two principal passes in National Professional and Technical Examinations in Accounting, Business Services, Tourism, or Hospitality.
  • Entry Examinations: Minimum of 60% in English, Cognitive Skills, and Critical Thinking.
  • Financial Readiness: Upfront payment or commitment to repay a student loan after employment. Refugees in Rwanda and persons with disabilities receive full scholarships upon passing admission tests.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Secondary/high school scores (S4, S5, S6)
    • National exam scores (minimum 2 principal passes)
    • Strong English skills
    • Leadership skills
    • Valid national/refugee ID or passport
    • Police clearance letter (international students only)

Admissions Timeline (Day Program)

  • Online Application Period: September 5, 2025 – January 6, 2026
  • Registration Period: December 29, 2025 – January 9, 2026
  • Class Start: January 19, 2026

Online Application Requirements

  • Secondary/high school scores for S4, S5, and S6 (minimum 60% average)
  • National exam results with at least 2 principal passes

Registration Requirements

  • Notarized copy of your Secondary School Diploma (or equivalent recognized in Rwanda)
  • Parent/guardian and student attendance at Admit Day
  • Proof of payment of 50,000 Rwf annual registration fee
  • Laptop (loan provided for full scholarship recipients)

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid Mutuelle de Santé card or private health insurance (for Rwandans)
  • Valid police clearance letter and passport (for international students)
  • Durable backpack or messenger bag
  • Bank account number (international students can open one during orientation)
