Justine Neema
Justine Neema is an IT Support Specialist at Raise Them Foundation. She is passionate about using technology to support community-driven solutions and improve access to digital tools and services.
Originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo and currently living in Rwanda as a refugee, Justine brings a unique perspective shaped by resilience and a strong commitment to service. Her experience has inspired her to use technology to empower others, especially young people facing barriers in education and access to information.
At Raise Them Foundation, Justine provides technical support across various programs, ensuring that systems run efficiently and that teams have the tools they need to succeed. She has also contributed to digital literacy efforts, helping communities build the skills necessary to thrive in an increasingly digital world.
Justine is a participant of the Ubuntu Training program, which promotes peacebuilding and cross-cultural understanding among youth in the Great Lakes region.
She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering at the African Leadership University. With her growing expertise in technology and her dedication to impact, Justine is committed to creating digital solutions that drive positive change in underserved communities.
